We're Hiring: Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst

Responsibilities:

Business-to-Business (B2B) Collections: Manage timely and effective communication with customers to ensure prompt payment and resolve outstanding issues.
Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of complex accounts—including Warehouse and Transportation clients—by understanding and adapting to each customer's unique invoicing preferences (e.g., summary vs. individual invoices).
Customer Relationship Building: Develop a strong understanding of each customer's specifications and intricacies to manage accounts proactively and effectively.
Aging Reports: Run and analyze aging reports regularly. You may be expected to present your findings to the team or leadership, so a thorough understanding of AR aging is critical.
