Job summary

Ledgent is seeking an AR Accountant for a growing nonprofit in Oakland, CA. This hybrid, part-time role (20 hours weekly) offers 1 onsite day and four remote days, with potential for temp-to-hire. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of AR accounting including revenue recognition.

Must understand accruals, deferred revenue, billing, and collections; fee-for-service experience or nonprofit background is helpful. Strong Excel skills are required, with Sage Intacct experience a big plus.

Established and growing Non-Profit in Oakland, CA is seeking an AR Accountant to join their team. This is a HYBRID role with 1 day a week onsite in Oakland, CA and 4 days remote. PART-TIME, 20 hours week, and a strong temp to hire role. $80,000 - $85,000 /DOE

Qualified Candidates will have the following:

• Accounting degree or similar with 5+ years of AR Accounting including Revenue Recognition required


• Must understand Accruals, deferred revenue, billing, collections, reconciliations


• Fee for service experience, or Non-Profit industry helpful


• Strong Intermediate Excel needed with Sage Intacct a big plus!


• This is a part-time (20 hours a week), temp to hire, 1 day onsite in Oakland, CA


• $80,000 - $85,000
