Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide bookkeeping for cash receipts with timely journal entries.
• Verify GL coding and supporting docs; ensure internal controls.
• Communicate with field units on cash receipt issues.
• Enter and reconcile income using AR module; generate AR statements.
• Support BBCRM reconciliations and donation postings; assist audits.
