Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Edina, MN is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to teach adults and children, assess swim levels, and promote water-safety skills while keeping the pool area safe and clean.

You will respond to member questions, support Aquatics programs, and help deliver a positive member experience. Wages start at $14.25/hour and can reach $17.00/hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• Successfully complete Life Time courses upon hire; communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Able to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly and bend as needed.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns.
• Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area.
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services.
