Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of coaching and/or swim instructor experience required.
• Lifeguard and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train Aquatics Team Members.
• Ensure a safe and friendly environment for members.
• Promote Life Time swim program.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding services.
