Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor in Urbandale, IA to lead and train the Aquatics Team, ensuring exceptional guest service and a clean, safe pool environment both indoors and outdoors.

You will oversee programming quality, respond to member inquiries, and promote Life Time swim offerings while maintaining high professional standards. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on safety and customer care.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally more.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard (or equivalent) and CPR/First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Aquatics Team Members provide a safe and friendly environment.
• Respond to member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain high quality programming and programming standards.
• Promote Life Time swim programs to members and guests.
