Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead and train the Aquatics Team while delivering exceptional member experiences across indoor and outdoor pools. You will help members improve their swimming and oversee safety, cleanliness, and orderly operations throughout the facilities.

You will coach staff, respond to member inquiries about programs, and promote Life Time swim offerings, ensuring top-quality programming and service across the club.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute.
• Ability to swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the bottom of the pool and swim the brick to the top without stopping.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests
• Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures
• Ensures we have the highest level of programming
• Promotes Life Time swim program
