Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Urbandale, IA seeks an Aquatics Swim Instructor to help adults and children improve their swimming, teach life skills, and evaluate levels. You will also maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities.

Responsibilities include instructing lessons, assisting members, ensuring pool safety, and promoting Aquatics programs. Candidates should be able to swim 25 yards, stand for long periods, and complete Life Time training upon hire.

Qualifications

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to bend to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns.
• Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area.
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services.
