Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead the team across indoor and outdoor pools, delivering excellent member service and maintaining clean aquatic facilities. You will coach lifeguards, train staff, and ensure a safe, friendly environment for all members and guests.

The role requires lifeguard supervision experience and StarGuard/CPR certifications, with participation in ongoing training and development. This position is full-time and on-site at Life Time facilities.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented with ability to assist members and guests.
• Experience coaching or instructing swimming preferred.
• Lifeguard experience with supervision responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Aquatics Team Members to ensure safety and friendly environment.
• Respond to member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, and policies.
• Support programming and maintenance of aquatic facilities and equipment.
