Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead the pool facilities and staff across indoor and outdoor venues. You will oversee training, safety, and member service while ensuring clean, orderly Aquatics spaces and top-tier programming.

Qualified candidates will bring lifeguarding experience, coaching or swim instruction, and a strong customer-service mindset, with a willingness to manage shifts and guide a team. This is a hands-on, hourly role within a fitness club setting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• 1 year coaching and/or swim instruction experience.
• 1 year lifeguarding experience.
• 6 months of head guard or supervising experience.
• StarGuardElite Lifeguard, BLS CPR and First Aid certifications required (or bridging).

Responsibilities

• Ensure Aquatics Team Members provide a safe, friendly environment for all members and guests.
• Respond to member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain high-quality programming and swim offerings.
• Promote Life Time swim programs.
