Job summary

Life Time seeks an Aquatics Supervisor to lead and train the Aquatics Team across indoor and outdoor pools, in a fast-paced environment. You will deliver exceptional member service and uphold facility cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities include ensuring a safe, friendly environment, handling member inquiries about programs, and promoting Life Time swim offerings with an emphasis on quality programming and staff development. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for extended periods.
• Strong communication with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Must be able to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Able to bend to raise up to 20 lbs and lift more on occasion.
• Able to tread water for 1 minute and swim to retrieve objects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Aquatics Team Members provide a safe and friendly environment.
• Answer member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies.
• Maintain the highest level of programming and swim offerings.
• Promote Life Time swim program to members and guests.
