Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Minnesota seeks an Aquatics Assistant Manager to help oversee Family Swim, lessons, teams and related programs. You will assist the Department Manager with operations, safety and finances while guiding team members to deliver top‑notch guest experiences.

You will cast and train staff, support program development, and help achieve department goals. Lifeguard and coaching experience with relevant certifications are required; strong people leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Tread water for 1 minute.
• Swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick and return to surface.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Helps to cast, train and develop Aquatics Team Members.
• Helps manage the financials of the Aquatics business to meet goals.
• Ensures a safe, friendly experience for members and guests.
• Responds to member inquiries professionally.
