Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager to support the Aquatics Manager in overseeing Family Swim hours, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, Masters Swim and more.

You will help ensure safety, successful operations and sound financial management while directing all team members in the department. The role requires customer service experience, supervisory/management background, swim instruction/coaching, lifeguard experience, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervisory/management experience in a team setting.
• Swim instruction or coaching experience.
• Lifeguard experience with safety oversight.

Responsibilities
