Life Time Inc. in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager to support the Manager in overseeing all aquatic programs, including Family Swim hours, swim lessons, swim team and Masters Swim, ensuring safety and excellence in operations.

You will lead and develop Aquatics Team Members, manage department finances, respond to member inquiries, and strive to deliver a welcoming, high‑quality experience for every guest. This hourly position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Helps to cast, train and develop all Aquatics Team Members
• Helps to manage the financials of the Aquatics business to meet or exceed department goals
• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offers a safe and friendly experience for our members and guests
• Responds to all member inquiries in a professional way
