Job summary

Life Time in Edina, MN is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to help members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art pools. You will assist in managing and training Aquatics Team Members and provide outstanding customer service while maintaining the cleanliness and order of our facilities.

The role requires lifeguard/certification, coaching or swim instruction experience, and customer service background; you will ensure safety, respond to member inquiries, and promote Life Time swim programs.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience.
• 1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience.
• 1 year of lifeguarding experience.
• 6 months of head guard or supervising experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests.
• Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes Life Time swim program.
