Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager to help oversee all programs within the Aquatics Department, including Family Swim, lessons, and swim teams. You will support the Manager and lead the Aquatics team to ensure safe operations and strong financial performance.

In this role you will cast and develop staff, monitor department budgets, and uphold a welcoming, safe environment for members and guests while addressing inquiries professionally.

Qualifications

• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Tread water for 1 minute.
• Swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from bottom of pool and swim brick to top.

Responsibilities

• Assist in casting, training and developing Aquatics Team Members.
• Help manage the Aquatics department finances to meet goals.
• Ensure a safe and friendly experience for members and guests.
• Respond to member inquiries professionally.
