Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise aquatic staff and sustain safety and program quality.

• Ensure certifications are valid and up-to-date; train lifeguards.
• Direct program planning, promotion, and special events for aquatics.
• Oversee facility maintenance, schedules, budgets, and licenses.
• Collaborate with Aquatics Director to develop training for staff.
