Job summary

The Cove at the Lakefront in Little Elm is seeking a Supervisor-Programs and Guest Services to oversee year-round aquatic operations, recruit and supervise staff, implement procedures, and drive sales while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

The role collaborates with the Aquatics Division Manager and Assistant Manager to manage a division budget, meet cost-recovery goals, and foster a culture aligned with the Town's values of Integrity, Customer Service, Efficiency, and Innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Two years of aquatic management experience including some administrative/lead supervisory experience preferred.
• Must complete CPO or AFO certification within one year of employment.
• Must possess CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications within 60 days of employment.
• Must be bondable and possess a valid Texas Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supervises front desk and program staff including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and performance.
• Coaches staff and provides regular trainings to meet customer service and safety standards.
• Manages operations and maintains cleanliness of The Cove aquatic park.
• Assists in creating and implementing emergency action plans and policies.
• Implements sales, membership, and programming plans to maximize revenue and attendance.
