Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead the aquatic facilities, train team members, and deliver exceptional guest service.

The role supports both indoor and outdoor pools, ensuring cleanliness and order while actively promoting our swim programs. The ideal candidate will have lifeguard-certified experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in supervising aquatic staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for extended periods.
• Clear communication with guests about Life Time programs and services.
• Swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and bend as needed, occasionally more than 20 lbs.
• Tread water for 1 minute.
• Swim to retrieve a 10 lb diving brick and return to the surface.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Aquatics Team Members provide a safe and friendly environment.
• Respond to member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, and policies.
• Maintain high-quality programming in the aquatics area.
• Promote Life Time swim program to members and guests.
