Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager to support the Manager in overseeing programming such as Family Swim, Swim Lessons, Swim Team and Masters Swim. You will help ensure safe operations and sound financial performance while leading the Aquatics team.

The role requires assisting with cast and development of staff, managing finances to meet department goals, and delivering exceptional member experiences with professional communication.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute.
• Capable of swimming, retrieving a 10 lb diving brick and returning to the surface.
• Some College experience required; Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist to cast, train and develop Aquatics Team Members.
• Help manage department finances to meet goals.
• Ensure a safe, friendly experience for members and guests.
• Respond professionally to member inquiries.
