Life Time, Inc. seeks an Aquatics Supervisor to lead and train the Aquatics Team, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for members and guests across indoor and outdoor pools. You will oversee programming quality and customer service while supporting staff development.

The role emphasizes coaching, lifeguarding, and supervising responsibilities, with a focus on high-quality aquatic programs andmember satisfaction within a fast-paced club setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• 1 year coaching or swim instruction experience.
• 1 year lifeguarding experience.
• 6 months of head guard or supervising experience.
• StarGuardElite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid certification (or bridge to StarGuard when current certification expires or within 1st year). For Canada, Lifesaving Society Lifeguard certification and Standard FA with CPR C.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests.
• Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures we have the highest level of programming.
• Promotes Life Time swim program.
