Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversees daily operations and supervises personnel, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and timekeeping.
  • Ensures compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and emergency procedures; conducts routine inspections and addresses deficiencies.
  • Coordinates emergency preparedness, including staff training, action plans, drills, and documentation; keeps certifications current.
