The Pools Supervisor oversees the daily operations, staffing, safety, programming, and facility conditions of assigned City swimming pools, splash pads, and aquatic facilities. The position ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality aquatic programs and services; compliance with applicable health and safety requirements; appropriate water quality and facility standards; and effective supervision and development of aquatics personnel. Work is performed under the supervision of the Aquatics Superintendent. This position exercises direct supervision over assigned non-permanent aquatics personnel.
Working Conditions Indoor and outdoor work with some exposure to physical, ergonomic, or emotional hazardous environment. All duties and responsibilities listed are subject to change.
