• Directs development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities.
• Manages personnel, equipment, facilities and finances for the aquatics program.
• Ensures safe, high-quality aquatic services and compliance with codes and budgets.
• Plans and coordinates aquatics programs, events and staff training.
