Job summary

YMCA of the USA is seeking a Branch Aquatic Director to lead the large-scale aquatic department, advance the YMCA's mission, and serve on the Branch Leadership Team. You will oversee lifeguarding, swim lessons, water fitness, and certification courses while ensuring safety, quality, and customer experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Three+ years of leadership experience in aquatics, recreation, or nonprofit operations.
• Strong knowledge of aquatic operations, safety, and risk management.

• Oversee lifeguard services, swim lessons, water fitness, and certification courses.
