Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Centreville, VA seeks an Aquatics Manager to lead the department, manage finances, hire, train and supervise team members, and deliver outstanding member service.

They will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, serving members and guests with professionalism and care. You will oversee swim programs, cast, train and develop lifeguards, instructors and coaches, and ensure safety and cleanliness of aquatic facilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service experience and pool programs knowledge.
• Experience coaching, lifeguarding, and supervising teams.
• Strong communication and safety leadership abilities.
• Certifications in lifeguarding, CPR/First Aid, and Life Time Swim as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Aquatics Team Members and manage daily operations.
• Oversee pool safety, inspections and facility cleanliness.
• Coordinate swim programs, lessons, and Masters/teams.
• Develop staff, monitor budgets and financial reports.
• Deliver exceptional member service and meet program goals.
