Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of coaching/instruction experience.
• 2 years of lifeguarding experience.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Aquatics team members and ensure safety and cleanliness of facilities.
• Register members for swim programs including lessons and masters.
• Oversee budgeting and financial reporting for aquatics programs.
• Provide coaching and training to lifeguards, instructors, and coaches.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and member satisfaction.
