Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 2 years customer service, 2 years coaching/instruction, 2 years lifeguarding, 2 years supervisory/management.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club.
• Must communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Swim 300 yards/meters without stopping and tread water for 1 minute.
• Certification goals: StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, First Aid; Life Time Swim Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supports all Aquatics Team Members
• Completes daily inspections to ensure pool area is clean and safe
• Facilitates lifeguard training on pool safety and rescue techniques
• Assesses performance, provides feedback, and coaches Aquatics Team Members
• Manages aquatics department within budget guidelines
• Monitors budget and financial reports for aquatics programs
• Sets standard for the Aquatics Department by delivering exceptional customer service
