Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Manager to lead the aquatics department, oversee staff, and drive program success across services such as lessons, swim teams, and Masters. You will ensure safety, coach instructors, lifeguards, and coaches while maintaining facility standards and member satisfaction.

The role emphasizes budget stewardship, customer service excellence, and career growth into regional leadership within Life Time's network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of coaching/instructor experience.
• 2 years lifeguarding experience.
• 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Aquatics Team Members and manage staff.
• Perform daily pool area inspections for cleanliness and safety.
• Facilitate lifeguard training on safety and rescue techniques.
• Monitor budget and financial reports for aquatics programs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and meet member needs.
