Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead a fast-paced aquatic department, mentor team members, and ensure safety and quality in indoor and outdoor pools. You will train staff, deliver exceptional member service, and uphold our high programming standards across facilities.

You will respond to guest inquiries, promote Life Time swimming programs, and supervise lifeguards and instructors to maintain a welcoming, safe environment for all patrons.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• 1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience.
• 1 year of lifeguarding experience.
• 6 months of head guard or supervising experience.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR and First Aid Certified (or bridge to StarGuard when current cert expires or within 1st year).
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to move in a club for prolonged periods and lift 20 lbs.
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute.
• Ability to swim with a 10 lb diving brick from pool bottom to top.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests.
• Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures we have the highest level of programming.
• Promotes Life Time swim program.
