Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Two years of management experience required; five years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the operational effectiveness of the aquatic department, while delivering superior quality and service at all times.
• Work with your direct report and peripheral departments to develop and coordinate the training, hiring, and operational strategies for each area of your responsibility and to achieve each area’s stated goals and objectives.
• Maintain compliance with all legal requirements, codes, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of customer, company and employee information.
• Take opinions and suggestions under advisement before making major decisions, while assuming responsibility for those decisions.
