Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training (FAST) seeks an innovative aquatics professional to manage a state-of-the-art center. The role emphasizes events, program delivery, competitive swim activities, and excellent member experiences.

The candidate will oversee operations, liaise with coaches and staff, and support IT and facility maintenance as needed. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills, with responsibilities spanning coaching, lifeguarding,

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An Associate's degree in recreation management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Two years of aquatics experience including event coordination, swim instruction, and coaching are required in a customer service context.

Mansioni

• Assist with aquatic event planning, registration, and setup; manage timing systems and scoreboards; coordinate volunteers.
• Coordinate pool lane schedules for camps, memberships, public use, and competitions; liaise with contracted coaches and visiting teams.
• Serve as a utility staff member in roles such as Swim Coach, Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, or Camp/Clinic Staff as needed.
• Assist Facility Maintenance with pool chemistry checks and pump/equipment maintenance.
• Assist IT with troubleshooting computer and networked device issues.
