Job summary

Watermelon Swim in Florida is seeking experienced leaders to guide our aquatic team, develop high-performing staff, and advance our mission of creating safer, more confident swimmers. Depending on experience, roles may include Site Manager, Aquatics Manager, or Assistant Aquatics Manager.

You will coach instructors and customer service professionals, foster a positive culture, and ensure an outstanding experience for swimmers and families while supporting staffing, scheduling, and growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in aquatics, recreation, or education.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, professional attitude with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Willingness to work 2–3 evenings and 1 weekend day per week.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to delivering extraordinary customer experiences.

• Lead, coach, and support a team of instructors and customer service professionals
