Job summary

Watermelon Swim is seeking a dynamic leader to guide and develop a team of instructors and customer service professionals at our Florida location. You’ll drive exceptional experiences for families, support scheduling and program growth, and help meet operational and financial goals.

The role requires leadership in aquatics or related fields, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and service. Evening and weekend availability are expected to support program hours.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in aquatics, recreation, education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, professional attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
• Ability to work 2–3 evenings (2 p.m.–8:15 p.m.) and 1 weekend day (7:30 a.m.–2:15 p.m.) per week.
