Watermelon Swim in Tampa, FL is seeking a motivated leader to oversee and grow our aquatics program. This role will supervise instructors and customer service staff, drive a high-energy culture, and ensure a premier experience for swimmers and families.

The position involves coordinating operations, staffing, scheduling, and program growth, with opportunities to partner with senior leadership to meet financial and program goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in aquatics, recreation, education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, professional attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
• Ability to work 2-3 evenings (2 p.m.-8:15 p.m.) and 1 weekend day (7:30 a.m.-2:15 p.m.) per week.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
