Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to apply.
• Leadership role in the last 6 months; full-time experience required.
• 6+ months experience engaging with children.
• A minimum of 6 months in a customer service job is required.
• Aquatics background preferred; swim instruction, lifeguarding, coaching, education or recreation experience valued.
• Willing to travel to all Watermelon Swim locations.
• CPR/First Aid training within 45 days; Lifeguarding within 90 days of starting.
• Submit 2 letters of reference for consideration.
