Job summary

British Swim School of Menomonee Falls is hiring an Aquatics Manager to oversee daily swim program operations and ensure a safe, engaging experience for swimmers, families, and staff. You will hire, train, and lead instructors, schedule lessons, and manage customer service on site and by phone.

Responsibilities include supervising decks, supporting instruction, and handling escalated concerns, with compensation of $21–$23 per hour and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in a team environment with strong customer service skills.
• Willing to obtain Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid during training if needed.

The Position:

The Aquatics Manager oversees the daily operation of our swim program, ensuring a safe, consistent, and exceptional experience for swimmers, families, and team members.

Your Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, develop, and manage swim instructors.
• Create and manage employee and lesson schedules to support operational excellence
• Oversee customer service onsite, by phone, and email while resolving escalated customer concerns.
• Assist with swim instruction and deck supervision as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in swimming and fitness teaching/management is preferred. A specialist aquatics qualification is desirable, but not required.
  • Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications, may be obtained during training.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification

  Compensation

  $21 - $23 per hour (Up to 20hr /Wk.)
