Job summary

British Swim School is seeking an Aquatics Manager to oversee the daily swim program, ensuring safety, consistency, and an exceptional experience for swimmers and families. You will lead and develop instructors, manage schedules, and maintain high service standards onsite and via phone and email.

Preferred candidates have leadership experience in swimming or fitness settings, plus CPR/First Aid and CPO certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service and team supervision is a plus.
• Certifications may be obtained during training.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop, and manage swim instructors.
• Create and manage employee and lesson schedules to support operational excellence.
• Oversee customer service onsite, by phone, and email while resolving escalated concerns.
• Assist with swim instruction and deck supervision as needed.

The Position:

The Aquatics Manager oversees the daily operation of our swim program, ensuring a safe, consistent, and exceptional experience for swimmers, families, and team members.

Your Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, develop, and manage swim instructors.
• Create and manage employee and lesson schedules to support operational excellence
• Oversee customer service onsite, by phone, and email while resolving escalated customer concerns.
• Assist with swim instruction and deck supervision as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in swimming and fitness teaching/management is preferred. A specialist aquatics qualification is desirable, but not required.
  • Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications, may be obtained during training.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification

  Compensation

  $21 - $23 per hour (Up to 20hr /Wk.)
