Job summary

Midtown Athletic Clubs in Bannockburn, IL, is seeking an Aquatics Manager to lead our world-class aquatics team onsite at 2211 Waukegan Rd. You will drive program development, staff growth, and member engagement, delivering exceptional service with your leadership and communication skills.

This salaried role offers 48,000–55,000 USD annually, plus potential hourly coaching earnings for our swim program, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of management, talent development, and programming experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Nationally recognized aquatics certifications: AFO or equivalent, CPR/AED, First Aid.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Have five or more years of management, talent development, and programming experience
• Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Possess nationally recognized certifications in aquatics including: AFO or equivalent, CPR/AED, First Aid
• Possess ability to provide multisensory instruction: auditory, visual, tactile, kinesthetic
• Possess the ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and timely
• Have collaborative team-building and performance management capabilities

This is a salaried role with an annual compensation range of 48,000 - 55,000.

Addition hourly compensation of $20- $24 per hour may be earned as an Aquatics coach for our swim program.

The final offered compensation will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
