Job summary

Midtown Athletic Clubs is seeking an Aquatics Manager to lead our world-class aquatics team on-site at Bannockburn, IL. You will inspire members through movement and personal attention while shaping programs and coaching development.

This salaried role offers 48,000–55,000 USD annually, with additional coaching pay for swim programming. Five+ years of management experience and nationally recognized aquatics certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of management, talent development, and programming experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Nationally recognized certifications in aquatics including: AFO or equivalent, CPR/AED, First Aid.
• Ability to provide multisensory instruction: auditory, visual, tactile, kinesthetic.
• Ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and timely.
• Collaborative team-building and performance management capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a salaried role with an annual compensation range of 48,000 - 55,000.

Addition hourly compensation of $20- $24 per hour may be earned as an Aquatics coach for our swim program.

The final offered compensation will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
