Job summary

Midtown Athletic Club is seeking an Aquatics Coach to join our team on weekends. You will inspire members of all ages through movement, community, and personal attention, helping them lead healthier lives.

You will lead and develop aquatics programs, deliver engaging lessons, and promote private coaching. This role emphasizes safety, clear communication, and a passion for helping others within a resort-like club environment.

Qualifications

• Competitive swimming background or competitive swim coach experience.
• Lifeguard certification and Water Safety Instructor certification (American Red Cross preferred).
• Ability to provide multisensory instruction: auditory, visual, tactile, kinesthetic.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
