Midtown Athletic Club in the United States is seeking a Head Coach to oversee Personal Trainers, Coach on Duty, and paid Small Group Training, while ensuring a high-quality fitness floor experience. You will lead recruitment and onboarding of Coaches and collaborate with the Program Manager on budgeting and programs.
The role requires 4 years of industry experience, 2 years of management, a recognized PT certification, CPR certification, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Head Coach Head Coach is responsible for overseeing the Personal Trainers, Coach on Duty, paid Small Group Training, and all aspects of the Fitness floor experience within the club. A key component of this role is ensuring the recruitment and onboarding of Coaches.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $52,000
