Midtown invites an experienced Aquatics Manager to lead our world‑class team at Bannockburn, IL. You will inspire members through movement, community, and personal attention while guiding coaches and the aquatic programming across our clubs.
This salaried role offers a base annual compensation of 48,000 to 52,000, with the option to earn additional hourly coaching pay from swim programs. You will oversee talent development, performance reviews, budgets, and a high‑quality member experience.

On‑Site 2211 Waukegan Rd, Bannockburn, IL 60015 Full‑Time
This is a salaried role with an annual compensation range of 48,000 - 52,000. Addition hourly compensation of $20- $24 per hour may be earned as an Aquatics coach for our swim program. The final offered compensation will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
