VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa in The Woodlands is seeking an Aquatics Lead to assist the Aquatics Director in implementing company standards and delivering exceptional service. The role requires strong leadership, swimming proficiency, and the ability to empower fellow employees.

Qualifications

• Understands American Red Cross standards of teamwork, rescue, and surveillance.
• Minimum 2 years of lifeguarding experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of swim instructor experience preferred.
• Experience in scheduling lifeguards and swim lessons preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Aquatics Director with standards and best practices.
• Empower employees through training and leadership.
• Deliver five-star service to patrons.
