Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises program activities to meet YMCA objectives and expands programs within the community.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and directs personnel and volunteers; evaluates staff performance.
• Monitors pool operations to adhere to state, local, and YMCA safety regulations.
• Maintains pool and facility records, schedules, and maintenance tasks.
• Conducts lifeguarding, swim instruction, First Aid and CPR trainings; develops classes.
• Assists with budgeting, marketing of programs, and fundraising activities.
