Villa Sport San Jose is seeking an Aquatics Director to lead the lifeguard and instructor teams and run a large indoor/outdoor aquatics center. You will hire, train, and schedule staff and develop an annual budget and strategic plan for the aquatics program.

The role requires First Aid/CPR certifications, strong safety practices, and excellent communication. The position offers a competitive wage, benefits, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Two years of college education required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certifications required before hire; CPR for professional rescuers.
• Water Safety Instructor certification preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate all swim strokes and lifesaving techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the aquatics team of lifeguards and instructors.
• Oversee operations of a large indoor and outdoor aquatics center with multiple pools.
• Develop annual budget and strategic plan for the aquatics department.
