Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to supervise staff, manage budgets and meet organizational goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Operates pools and equipment in compliance with state/local codes.
• Develops and implements aquatic programs for members and community.
• Selects, trains, evaluates, and retains staff (lifeguards, instructors, coaches).
• Oversees all pool operations, equipment, maintenance, and meet coordination.
• Represents aquatic staff at JRSSC management meetings and supports special events.
