Responsibilities

• Oversee all pool operations, safety compliance, and staff supervision.
• Develop aquatic programs, swim lessons, and competitive meets.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain lifeguards, instructors, and coaches.
• Manage department budget and monitor monthly financial performance.
