Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21.
• Minimum of one year experience managing a department’s budget, staffing, performance and supervision of staff.
• Relevant experience in aquatics.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and develop a high-performing aquatic staff.
• Develop strategies to support staff and achieve goals.
• Ensure adequate lifeguard coverage and safety trainings.
• Maintain documentation and certification records for staff.
• Lead program operations and ensure adherence to YMCA standards.
