Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Brandywine is seeking a results-driven leader to manage the implementation, development, and delivery of program areas and membership services. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers, develop curricula, and help manage budgets while ensuring compliance with regulations and association standards.

As a key member of the branch, you’ll collaborate with community partners, support annual campaigns, and drive program growth to engage families and diverse

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience directing programs and supervising staff and volunteers.
• Experience with diverse populations.
• YMCA Team Leader certification preferred.

• Executes strategies to connect members with one another and with the YMCA.

Areas of focus may be health/wellness, aquatics, teens, childcare, and/or other program area(s). Recruits, trains and supports assigned staff and volunteers. Additional responsibilities include hiring, onboarding and training of staff; curriculum development; budget control; and adhering to all regulatory and Association standards. Assists with annual campaign activities.
